It was Senior Day this past Saturday at the Nest and seniors, Nick Rigby and Kohl Bernarding, came up big in route to a comeback victory over Moravian. Nick and Kohl join D3 basketball's best podcast in the business to talk about this season, their careers at Juniata and look ahead to the last two regular season games. The Eagles play Catholic on Wednesday and must revenge a terrible loss in DC. Tom is demanding the whole student body come out for this one. And then they finish the regular season at Scranton, which is likely a big game for  final playoff positions. After what was our most somber show of the season following two consecutive conference losses, the fellas, and the team, bounce back with a commanding win over Goucher on Saturday. Tom and Biz had to ask, "Coach, What Happen?" After two road conference losses, where we saw our Eagles only drop 48 points a pieces in games versus Catholic and then Drew, hope is far from lost. The team has gotta find a way to bounce back and attack the last 6 conference games with the most intensity they have had all season. It has been an outstanding stretch of basketball for the Juniata Eagles. Nine game winning streak, including 5 straight conference wins with two this past week. The first win came Wednesday vs Susquehanna 66-53  – which oddly enough was the exact same score as the eTown game at the Palestra – and then 71-65 on Saturday vs Scranton. Buckle up listeners this is going to be far from a regular show. We took the #1 D3 podcast on the road this week to the historic Palestra in Philadelphia , PA. The following are excerpts from the day starting at an outstanding pre-game happy hour at the Misconduct Tavern before we headed into the arena to capture a little of the game vibe.
